I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver for my participation in the Pearl Harbor XXXVIII event organized by Waukesha Hash House Harriers, a registered nonprofit organization.

**Assumption of Risk:**
I understand that participation in the Pearl Harbor XXXVIII event involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical exertion, outdoor activities, and potential exposure to various elements. I acknowledge that these risks may result in personal injury, property damage, or other potential hazards.

**Medical Condition and Fitness:**
I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the event. If I have any doubts about my health or ability to participate, I will consult a medical professional before engaging in the event.

**Release and Indemnification:**
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Pearl Harbor XXXVIII event, I hereby release and waive any claims or liabilities against Waukesha Hash House Harriers, its officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from my participation in the event. I also agree to indemnify and hold Waukesha Hash House Harriers harmless from any claims brought by third parties in relation to my participation.
