• Paypal Instant Payment Notifications are now implemented. Payments made with the Paypal button will now automatically mark the appropriate Rego as Paid.
  • Event Organizers will see a new 'Paypal' button with details for any Rego that has Paypal transactions.
  • NOTE: Paypal officially supports this feature for Premier and Business accounts ONLY. It seems to work fine with personal accounts, but your mileage may vary.
  • Kennel Membership levels have been revised:
  • Attendance Only - Strictly to keep track of attendance. Can be created for Hashers who do not have a HashRego profile.
  • Member - Can create events for the Kennel, can view kennel-only events and posts(soon).
  • Mismanagement - Gets default Organizer access on all Kennel events, can change most Kennel settings.
  • Kennel Admin - Same as MM, plus access to Payment settings for all Kennel events.
  • Kennel Profile creators are listed as Admins by default, but can now demote themselves if needed. They retain access to promote/demote members should any actual MM join in the future.
  • Events that require email for regos now include a Mass Mail function. You can choose to send mail to Paid hashers, Unpaid hashers, Waiting hashers, or any combination of the three.
  • All HashRego-generated emails will now use the contact email for the event as the default reply address.
  • There is now an option to add estimated Paypal fees to payment totals under Kennel Payment Options.
  • The 'show Gift payment instructions' option has been removed. Paypal charges the same fees either way, and this method is easier for everyone.
  • Annual events with unique names have better name handling.
  • There is now a quick rego option to ask for Carnivore/Vegetarian meal preference.
  • Advanced Price Options now have an optional 'limited quantity' feature. These options will no longer be available once the number of regos reaches the quantity limit.
  • You can set an APO amount of 0 for 'free' limited items like bonus gimmies for early rego, quiet campsites, etc.
  • First and Last names are now handled separately if the Nerd Names Rego option is selected.
  • All existing Regos have had their Nerd Names split if possible. Any Hashers who rego'd with a single name will be missing a last name.
  • Downloading Rego Data as .CSV now properly includes only the rego options you have selected for the event.
  • Simple, option-aware event Check-In sheets are now available in PDF format.
  • The Waiting List option has been added. It's enabled by default for all events with a rego cap, but can be disabled in Event options.
  • If an event is capped, the WL provides an easy way to keep track of anyone who still wants to come, and notify them quickly and easily if spots open.
  • Change: Organizers are no longer subject to Rego restrictions: You can manually enter a Rego for someone over a cap or past a deadline if needed.
  • Major code rework of the Rego code and Event functions. The site should be slightly faster and more stable now.
  • Timed Price Change option added for Events.
  • Allow Online Payments option added, ON by default.
  • Online Payment Deadline option added, if you would like people to continue to rego but pay on arrival after a specific date.

  • Fixed a bug where logged in hashers could not rego for events if they were not a member of the host kennel.
  • Fixed a bug where rego would fail if Advanced Price Options were set but no options were enabled.

  • Rego forms are now dynamic based on which options are selected for the event.
  • You can now set custom rego questions.
  • Hashers can now track their past and future events on their profiles.
  • The Schedule option is now dynamic; You can set as many tabs as you want for your event.
  • Added a '+' option for trails with variable shiggy.
  • New unified site style for all pages.
  • Expanded Hasher and Kennel Profiles and customization settings.
  • Kennel Membership: Join the kennels you hash with and see all their posted events using the 'My Kennel Events' page.
  • Kennel Management: Kennel MM get access to kennel settings and Organizer access for all kennel events.

  • Default for new events is 'Kennel Public', they will not show in Browse unless you change this to All.
  • All Pages - Shows in Browse, Search, and related Public Hasher/Kennel profiles.
  • Kennel Public - Shows on the related Public Hasher/Kennel profiles.
  • Kennel Members - Shows on the Kennel Profile, only for logged-in members of that Kennel.
  • Creator Only - Only shows on the 'Private' tab of your profile.

If a an address that returns invalid google maps results is entered you may get a server error attempting to view the event. You can fix this by adding "/edit" (without quotes) to the web address of the event and correcting the address, then saving the event.
