What is included?
• We guarantee plenty of BEER, Princess Punch (fo-seltzer) and Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar.

• Shenanigans!!!!!!!! Nekkidness (if you’re not shy), a fantastic patch, trail, use of all the resort facilities (hot tub, indoor & outdoor heated showers, pool, foam machine, etc.) and all the fun you wankers bring with you!
CLOTHING IS OPTIONAL at the campground however, you can’t wear clothes in the hot tub/pool and please wear something during Saturday trail!!
No dogs, no firearms, no children, no explicit drugs!!! Do NOT abuse this! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Campground does not open until 1:00PM on Friday, December 5th. Your MM must set up, lug shit around, get port-a -potties delivered, etc. Do NOT arrive before 1:00PM.
Important info:
CAMPING OPTIONS: You can also add Thursday and or Sunday night at an extra fee of $40 per night. Please arrange that with BARE!
Traditional Tent camping- maps will be provided to show where camping is allowable, ask a MM member if you are unsure where to set up.
Car/Van/ RV camping-car/truck/van camping? BARE will not know if there will be room and will not release until two weeks before the event.

FLIGHTS: If you’re flying in and need to be picked up at Tampa International Airport or St. Pete International Airport, e-mail (TBD) with ALL flight information (airline, flight number, date of arrival, date of departure, airport TPA or PIE), nerd name and hash name. We will try to coordinate hashers who can Uber together or assist with a ride, but this is not always guaranteed, we do our best.
CHECK-IN PROCESS:
1. Bare RV Resort will provide a QR code so each hasher can pre-register for the weekend with the resort itself. This will prompt you to upload a Driver’s License or other form of ID and fill out associated info. I will get it to you when I get it from BARE
2. Upon arriving on Friday, you will check-in with MM for the hash event to get patch and designated wrist bands.
3. Bare RV Resort will take a photo, and have you sign into their system recording you are on the property.
4. MM will sign everyone out when the event is over.
SMOKING: Please smoke in the designated fire pit area, marijuana is ok. Vapes allowed outside fire pit area.
HAB: There will be HAB available for sale. I'm sure other kennels would like to bring theirs too.

Finally, while clothing is optional this weekend, consent is not. Always ask even if you know someone! With that said, keep your hands to yourself! Don't do anything to get you on the Banned list, and if you are already on it, don't bother trying to rego, you will not be welcomed.

Stuff to Bring:
This is a camping hash. You will need a tent, sleeping bag, pillow, towels, chair, bug spray, sunscreen, condoms (?!?) a drinking vessel, air mattress, tarp (for rain), cranium lights etc. You can also bring theme costumes, onesies, glow sticks; and if environmentally conscious, your own cutlery and camp plates/bowels to eat with so we do not create so much trash.
