Liability Waiver (The “You Knew Better” Clause)
By attending Fall Festivus, you acknowledge that this is an adults-only gathering hosted by Southeastern Degenerates where poor decisions are not only possible, they are practically scheduled. You understand that activities may include, but are not limited to, uneven terrain, campfires, improvised games, a bounce house of questionable history, potential projectile vegetables, alcohol consumption, and a general atmosphere of chaos. Participation in any and all activities is entirely voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your own safety, hydration, clothing choices, and life decisions.
You agree to assume all risks associated with attendance, including injury, embarrassment, loss of dignity, or waking up wondering why you own something you definitely did not bring. You further agree to hold harmless the organizers, landowners, and any affiliated parties from liability for injury, damage, or regret resulting from your participation. If you break it, lose it, or become it, that is on you.
Finally, you acknowledge that while clothing may be optional, consent is not, and any behavior that crosses that line will result in immediate removal and universal social exile. By showing up, you confirm that you are an adult, capable of making your own decisions, and willing to accept the consequences, no matter how loudly your future self objects.
On-On and sign here with your best questionable judgment.
