Additionally we are on the lake, there will be no life guards present so swim at your own risk.

The facility & TXIH2025 will not be held responsible for ANY injuries sustained during the event.

Now for the bad stuff:

Bad behavior, fighting, WEAPONS, illegal drugs will not be tolerated, should TXIH2025 Management become involved, All Parties will be asked to leave the venue without reimbursement of any kind.

There will be minor First Aid available but 911 will be called at YOUR expense should it become required.

TXIH2025 nor Big Creek Camp are not responsible for any vehicular damage or recovery incurred while on site.
