I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that hashing and participating in the 2025 Beer Mile involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, running/walking on varied and potentially hazardous terrain, consuming alcohol, weather conditions, traffic, and interactions with other participants and the general public.

I understand that the Beer Mile organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure a safe event; however, they cannot eliminate all risks associated with Beer Mile. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation in the event, including injury, illness, property damage, or other potential harm.

I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Beer Mile organizers, event volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to my participation in this event.

- I am at least 21 years of age and legally able to participate.
- I will drink responsibly and not operate a vehicle while under the influence.
- I am physically able to participate and understand my personal limits.
- I will follow all event rules and any instructions given by event organizers.
- I understand that this waiver is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns.
