Participating in hashing, camping, river activities, trails, and hash-related events is a potentially hazardous activity that could result in injury, illness, property damage, or death. I understand that participation in the Seven Hills Hash House Harriers (“7H4”) Anny Hash event is entirely voluntary, and I am participating at my own risk. I assume all risk and responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities I may incur as a direct or indirect result of participating in this event and related activities.

Having read this Waiver and understanding the risks involved in participating in this event, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Seven Hills Hash House Harriers (7H4), the event MisManagement team, volunteers, sponsors, representatives, officers, property owners, neighboring property owners, and event staff from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even if such liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or organizations named in this Waiver.

I understand that this event may involve camping, trails, uneven terrain, water activities, alcohol consumption, outdoor hazards, wildlife, weather conditions, and other inherent risks associated with hashing and camping events.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this event and that I have read this Waiver, understand it, and voluntarily agree to its terms as they relate to the Seven Hills Hash House Harriers 35th Anny Hash event and associated activities.
