READ THIS, Things are different this year.

This year we are trying out a new idea. We found a mansion on a lake in Spooner, WI that can sleep over 100 people. It has multiple hot tubs, a sauna, heated pools that "might be open", Separate Clubhouse with an 18-seat movie theater, arcade games, pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard , and a dance hall. It's on 35 private acres so we have plenty of room for trails and shenanigans, and best of all, it's all ours, meaning we don't have to worry about muggles.

With this venue selection comes some changes.

1. WIntrahash will be 4 days and 3 nights this year.

2. Accomodations will be included in Rego price, that's why its much more expensive.
3. Most meals will be included, we will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner most days. With only 2 meals that you will be on your own for:
A.) Friday Fish fry
B.) Sunday GTFO brunch.
As usual, we will try to not give you shitty hash meals and the price of regos reflect that.

4. We will be asking for volunteers to help with food prep and cleanup.

5. We are looking into a shuttle from Minneapolis to the venue and back for those who want to fly into the twin cities.
6. We will have a cocktail bar.

1. AND HERE IS THE BIG ONE!! Bedrooms are unconventional, so we have a sliding $$$Rego$$$ scale based on which type of bed you select. We will be offering the beds on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. They range from King suites (king bed with private bathroom attached) to rooms with a Queen bed and twin beds in bunks. We will be taking requests as to who people would like to be bunking up with for the bunk rooms, as well as people that you would prefer to not bunk with. Those requests are confidential.
   
-Costs shown below are entire Rego cost per person for the entire weekend (Thurs-Sun)


2. Maximum amount of people to a room will be 4 (Unless you want more for some reason, and by some reason I mean orgies)


3. Number of total available rooms by type is stated in each line item below. When you rego, it will only allow for the correct number of available regos for each option.

-Base Rego $420. This gets you a 5 trails, Beer, Seltzers, Food, and a bed in a twin size bunk. maximum people to a room is 4

-Queen W/friends rego $460
this gets you 1 side of a Queen bed in a room with other bunk bed/beds. (For occupancy reasons we need 2 people per queen bed). Great for you and a partner if you don't mind sharing a room with friends. maximum room occupancy is 4
(6 Queen W/ friends regos available)

-King W/Friends Rego $480
This gets you 1 side of a King bed in a room with other bunk bed/beds. (For occupancy reasons we need 2 people per King bed). Great for you and a partner if you don't mind sharing a room with friends.
(16 King w/ Friends regos available)

-Private Queen Rego $550
(Private Queen room, Bathroom may be private or be shared with other rooms) this bed should be shared with another hasher
(8 Private Queen Regos available)

-Private King Rego $650
(Private King room, Bathroom may be private or be shared with other rooms) this bed should be shared with another hasher
(18 Private king regos available)

If you would like to buy a Queen or King bed and have it all to yourself, Please contact Dickie dukes directly to talk about this. It will decrease the total number of available regos.

PLEASE ONLY USE FRIENDS AND FAMILY PAYMENTS. I WILL CHARGE YOU THE FEES IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS. LAST YEAR WE LOST OVER $140 TO FEES, THATS A WHOLE KEG. DON,T MAKE ME DISAPPOINTED IN YOU. This year the fees will be higher.

Because we are incorporating the cost of acommodations, we CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for Regos. The venue has already been paid, and that is non-rendable. Regos can be transferred.
