Join Wonderland Hash House Harriers, WDLH3 in Southern Pines, NC on March 8, 2025 as we lace up our running shoes and slip into our most seagoing pirate and wench costumes and outfits to embark on a memorable murder mystery journey through the harbor town streets and trails of Southern Pines! Join us as we work together in this live action adventure to solve the murder with clues, beer, more clues, miles, and all of your closest hash pirate friends!

Story
After a voyage filled with pillaging and plundering, The Jaded Jewel, a pirate ship captained by Redbeard, an old but dangerous pirate is docked in a cove near Port Royal. As the pirate’s head into town to celebrate their homecoming and spend their gold and goods, a night of turmoil and trouble is sure to transpire.

As the night quickly steers out of control, one guest meets a tragic demise and ends up in Davy Jones' Locker leaving the rest of the party goers to bring the guilty to the gallows.

Is the culprit the profiteering pirate organizing a mutiny? Or, the saucy sea mistress who wanted more than a casual commitment? The perpetrator could be the seafaring merchant desperate to win the love of the governor’s daughter, or possibly a treasure seeking sea person incapable of sharing.

In a harbor village filled with backstabbers and buccaneers looking to get ahead, there is little reward for honesty and a high price to pay for deceit.

Want to be one of the scandalous characters and play a part, Rego and pay early, then let us know you want to be a character. We have 8 required characters with the possibility of 4 more in order to run the murder mystery successfully. If we do not have 8 paid rego's willing to be characters by 2/28 we will regretfully have to cancel the event and refund the rego’s.

Charity of Choice:
All proceeds from this event, after covering expenses, will be donated to a Moore County Regional charitable organization to support those in need. Thank you for helping us make a positive impact!

Registration:
Rego cost will be $20 until February 1, $30 until February 28 with NO registration after. So Rego early, then tell your friends to do it!
