By registering for and/or attending the Waukesha H3 Red Dress Run (the “Event”), I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities that may involve physical exertion, alcohol consumption, travel on foot over varying terrain, and social interaction in unpredictable environments. I understand that participation in this Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: injury, illness, dehydration, accidents, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I assume full responsibility for my participation and freely accept and fully understand these risks.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Waukesha H3, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, officers, sponsors, vendors, and venue owners from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, or demands of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.

I affirm that I am at least 21 years of age and will comply with all stated rules, including those prohibiting glitter, firearms, nudity, and animals (except for service animals). I understand that I may be removed from the Event at any time for behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive by organizers, with no refund.

By registering for or attending the Event, I certify that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability.
