I acknowledge that my participation in the Red Dress Run Weekend organized by the Waukesha Hash House Harriers involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, those associated with running, walking, and outdoor activities. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I understand and accept that participation in the Red Dress Run Weekend is entirely voluntary, and I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation.

I understand that the trails and routes chosen for the event may include uneven terrain, obstacles, and natural hazards. I agree to exercise caution and take personal responsibility for my safety during the event.

I agree to abide by all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by the event organizers and volunteers. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the event and/or a temporary or permanent ban at the discretion of Mismanagement.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Waukesha Hash House Harriers, their officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and any other parties involved in organizing the event, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Red Dress Run Weekend.

I agree to indemnify and defend the aforementioned parties against any claims or actions brought against them as a result of my participation in the event.

I understand that this waiver is legally binding and applies to all aspects of my participation in the Red Dress Run Weekend, including pre-event activities, the main event, and post-event activities.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its provisions.
