We will be staying in beautiful Front Royal, VA, at the NOVA 4-H Center lodges that have heat, electricity, and indoor bathrooms. Each room has 3 bunkbeds and can house up to 6 people.

Rego price depends on your choices. You start with the basics (e.g. beer, seltzers, entertainment, trails, food, and some swag), then add your lodging price based on where you want to stay and how many roommates you have.
Lodge with hall bathrooms - total room price $130.
Now, divide the total room price by how many people you want to have in your room (you don’t really have to, the breakdown is in the rego options). Then, add your base price with your housing costs.
For instance, if you plan on having 6 people in a room, your cost will be $100 + $22 = $122. If you plan on having 2 people in a room, your cost will be $100 + $65 = $165. Again, the lodge descriptions and prices per number of people are listed on the ‘Accommodation' tab below, and/or in the rego options. If you have a roommate in mind, please let us know when you register.
Sorry, no camping, tents or RVs.
To find the perfect blend of convenience and economics, we are offering an a la carte extra options plan. The cash options that can be added on to your rego include:
- Hot Breakfast (only served from 8-9 AM) $22 includes both Sat. and Sun.
- Red Tent Wine SuperNOVA Tasting Event $15. You will be treated to the Best of NOVA wines, both red and white, by our very own Certified Wine Educator, Doggy Style.
Your total will be added up when you rego.
