A few housekeeping items...
Hotel Rooms
Just like last year, we will be assigning hotel rooms out, similar to how New Orleans Red Dress functions. When you rego, there will be a question as to whether or not you need a room and what type you are requesting. (Keep in mind, this is a request, you are not necessarily guaranteed what you request). We will then assign them out first filling the 3rd floor. When the 3rd floor fills, then we will move on to the 4th floor in the same fashion. We will not be putting people on the 4th floor until the 3rd floor is filled. If you no longer need a room, buddy up with someone, transfer your rego, etc, please contact Baskin Throbbins so she can reallocate that room to someone else.
You will be paying extra for your room directly to the hotel on check in.

We are only accepting paypal for this event. No, we cannot do anything about the fees. No, you cannot pay via cash app, venmo, cash monies, zelle, or sexual favors. Your rego does not count until you are paid.
Cancellations & Transfers
Once you have paid, your rego is nonrefundable. The only way we can return any money to you would be if we can fill your spot with someone else. Any rego transfers must be coordinated through Baskin Throbbins. Any regos transferred after 1.22.24 will not have a personalized toe tag. Gimmies only guaranteed for the first 150.
Banned Hashers
If you are on the Banned H3 list or you have been banned, you will not be able to attend this event.
Shot Valentines
If you do not want to purchase any, there is an option for 0. If you purchase any, you will get a Google forms link to fill out who they go to, this needs to be done by Christmas. If you do not fill it out, it is a general donation to the Crisis Center. If you need to purchase more than 10 shots, message Beasty.
*Fun Stuff
The quest for Red Dress Queen starts from the second you step through the door! Our reigning Queen Dirty Flamingo will be watching from the get go to pick her princesses to compete for the coveted title of Red Dress Queen!
Early Check in will be Thursday from 4-6. I will post them room number once we have the rooms assigned.
Regular Check in starts Friday at 4. Please be patient with us.
Dinner at 6
After dinner is our dance party. Theme this year is Red Light District. As always, do with that what you will. Break out that bondage gear! Get out your pimp and ho gear, don your best street hustler outfit, but remember nudity is only allowed on the 3rd and 4th floors.
Shooting Star is at 11:30pm. Shot Wrangler TBD but start thinking of something yummy to share.
Saturday morning, breakfast is provided by the hotel until 9am. Be nice to them, they put up with a lot from us and we tend to all crawl down at once. As always, we will have the bloody mary and mimosa bar until supplies are gone. Java H3 will also be brewing. Bring your french presses and beans to share! This is a draft punk style coffee brewing born out of too much shitty coffee (or worse, no coffee at all) at events so bring your best! If you don't bring to share then resign yourself to what you can get from the hotel.
Whether you're sipping on the hair of the dog or the nectar of the gods, the hab fair will be happening Saturday morning before lunch and trail. Let us spend money for your kennel and wear your swag!
Saturday after lunch, we board a bus into Birmingham for opening circle and trail.
Do whatever you need to do to get ready for dinner at 6, followed by the raffle to raise money for the Birmingham Crisis Center, and the crowning of your 2024 Red Dress Queen!
Sunday is help us clean up and GTFO! There will be an unofficial brunch Sunday, place TBD.

Breakfast served by the hotel until 9 am. This will be served in the restaurant just before you enter the ballroom. There may be a wait because they are serving the whole hotel. Be nice to the staff
8am- until things run out: Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar along with Java H3 in the ballroom
9-11: Late Rego and Hab Fair
11:30: lunch
12:50 Bus boarding to leave for trail. There will be two buses. If you are not on the bus by 1, you will be left
1:30 opening circle
5pm: bus pickup back to the hotel
5:30pm: closing circle in the courtyard by the ballroom
6pm: Dinner
7pm: Raffle
8pm: RDR Queen Tasks and Crowning
9:00-10:00 DC Roadwhores Circle
