Come to a Teddy's Rough Riders Trail. Camp and have a campground Trick or Treat as well as a shot crawl for the folks in their second childhood.
This event is not listed in HashRego event directory. Please share with your friends. Non Hashing Families are welcome! Please do not put the link in National or Worldwide Hashing Groups.
Hashrego forms are not friendly for multiple persons. Only one rego is needed per family. If both parents want the rego in their own HashRego profiles, fill out two, but only put your childrens information on one of the regos (put "NA" in the 2nd parent section).
This is a no fee event, so Teddy's Rough Riders is not providing any beverages or lunch during the trail.
All families are expected to take part in the Trick or Treat crawl.
Providing shots on the tent crawl for adults is optional, but it is encouraged, please indicate in the form that you are going to provide a shot or not.
Due to conditions at Bare Bottom it is very important you read this in detail. It should be noted that many families have successfully camped at Bare Bottom with the current situation.
The one exception is that if there is enough interest we will provide a Port-a-Potty. Please rego early, it will help us determine if we need one.
Please bring clothing with Safety Orange while on trail.
What to expect: 1. You must bring your own potable water. And obviously your own drinks. 2. There is no trash service. What you bring in, you must take out. 3. Bring your own meals or team up with other families. Bare Bottom does have a gas grill that can be used. Keep in mind though that many people using the grill will affect your cooking schedule. 4. Dogs are more than welcome, but you must be aware that if your dog is not comfortable with young children it may not be a good idea. Additionally, you must be sure to monitor your pooch for poo in the meadow. A leash and anchor system may be a good thing to bring just in case it is needed.
How to fill out the form: 1. Please be sure to input a good email address. 2. Put multiple children in the same section, just separate them with a slash (see the example provided in the form). 3. For the 2nd Parent and Rough Rider (Children) input boxes, please put NA if there is nothing to input.
