“Dining In Weekend - Round III”
Expect formal military traditions, hash-style debauchery, disciplinary action, questionable decisions, and a weekend full of drinks, games, camaraderie, and chaos.
What’s a Dining-In?
A long-standing military tradition celebrating fellowship, stories, and heroic stupidity with an unmistakably hashy twist.
Formal military or civilian attire encouraged.
Poor decisions highly likely.
Mark your calendars and prepare your livers accordingly.
All Hashers are welcum, whether civilians or military, ALL are welcome.
You must answer all the questions on the rego page. Failure to do so will result in a Formal (DRB) Disciplinary Review Board and possible restriction during the event, and you will miss out on certain activities during the event.
What is a dining-in, you ask?
A Dining-In is a formal dinner hosted by members of an organization (usually a military organization, but in this case, the Tidewater Hash). It may honor an individual or unit, or simply be a pleasant way for members to get better acquainted. The term Dining-In derives from a Viking tradition of celebrating great battles and heroic feats with a formal ceremony. This tradition has spread from the monasteries and early-day universities and then to the military. Formal military or civilian attire is worn by all in attendance. But this one will have a hashy twist. Curious cum and find out, Military and Civilian are welcum, ooh, and don't forget to bring a used book for the book drive.

Saturday (even later) - Shooting Star trail
Sunday Fat Boi and FEP at 1000
Sunday 1200 GTFO and head to Tidewaters normal Sunday Trail.

Hash weekend stuff for a hotel and all the hashing/shiggy clothes. In addition bring a uniform to wear to the main event. USED BOOK for a BOOK DRIVE. All Books collected will go to our Overseas Brothers and Sister on the Front Lines

Schedule of Events
1600 - Check-In with printed orders in hand. Hotel Lobby near the hotel bar and bring your used book for drop off.
1830 - Muster and Circle Up behind the hotel. Exit the front door, turn right until you see the pack. This trail is presented by Tidewater Knuckledragger H3.
1900 - Hares away.
(Beer and Chow will be served on the trail.)
2130 - Trail after party at the Eagle Nest, all drinks are on you!
2300 - Hashpitality suite open for socializing after trail.
0630-1000 Breakfast
(on your own).
1000 - Muster for Circle for Dining In Obstical Course.
1230 - Lunch - Chow Line.
1400 - Power Hour of Patch Challenges and Hab Fair.
1700 – Muster for Mixer (outside ballroom).
1800 – Muster for Receiving Line (Dining-in commences).
Hashy Formal – Militarish hash appropriate. Black tie, kilts authorized.
2130 - Dining in (ends).
2145 – Shooting Star Trail.
2230 - Join the Officers of the mess for drinks in the Haspitality suite.
0630-1000 Breakfast

1000 Muster for FAT BOI (fitness enhancement program) PT
