Tidewater Hash House Harriers proudly presents the 3rd Anal Hasher & Veteran Appreciation Weekend: “Dining In Weekend - Round III” (all hashers are welcome)

THIS AIN’T YOUR TYPICAL HASH WEEKEND!

It’s a hashy twist on some old veteran traditions, and a weekend full of drinks, games, camaraderie, and chaos.

What to Expect:
- shiggy trails (beer)
- Debauchery (more beer)
- questionable decisions (shitty beer)
- disciplinary action ( special GROG !!! )
- and shenanigans of all kinds

What’s a Dining-In?
A Dining-In is typically a formal dinner (mess) hosted by members of an organization to build camaraderie. It’s an old military tradition with rules of the mess and penalties should your conduct be questionable… But.. We’re hashers and we have added a number of unmistakably hashy twists!!! Drinking, shenanigans, and poor decisions are the rule of the day.

• Friday - Shiggy Trail - Hares: Tidewater Knuckkledraggers


• Saturday 1000 - Shiggy trail: - Orienteering / Land nav style!


• Saturday 1400 - Hab Fair and Patch Challenge Power Hour


• Saturday 1700 - Hash mixer


• Saturday 1800 - Hashy Dining In Formal Dinner


• Saturday (even later) - Shooting Star trail


• Sunday 1000 Fat Boi and FEP


• Sunday 1200 GTFO and head to Tidewaters normal Sunday Trail.

Mark your calendars and prepare your livers accordingly. All Hashers are welcum, whether civilians or veteran.

• Answer all the questions on the rego page. Failure to do so will result in a Formal (DRB) Disciplinary Review Board and possible restriction during the event, and you will miss out on certain activities during the event.

• Shot Stops - if you sign up, plan accordingly.


• Dinner Dress code: Hashy formal (with a militaryish twist if you feel so inclined)


• Bring patches for patch challenge power hour

Hash weekend stuff for a hotel stay. Hashing/shiggy clothes for trails. Dinner Dress code: FORMAL - Hashy formal (with a militaryish twist if you feel so inclined) Represent your service with some hashy flair or Formal Dress - (Kilts & bowties authorized) USED BOOK for a BOOK DRIVE. All Books collected will go to our Overseas Brothers & Sisters in arms.
