You asked for it and you got it! Many of you wankers asked "how do I train for your Bi-Annual Half-Mind , Half-Ass, Half-Case, Half-Marathon?" Instead of telling you we have devised a yearly event that will both sate the hardcore amongst us yet be genital or gentle to those of you in training.

Beer Options Choose One (Corona, Naturdays Mix, All Day IPA, White Claw, Trulys, Random Cider, Coors Lite, Budweiser, Natural Lite)

Fartlek:
You will run 3 loops between 2-2.5 miles. At the end of every mile you will drink a beer. At the end of every odd mile you will drink a beer and eat two boiled pot stickers before moving along. After you are done you may drink more beer and eat more boiled pot stickers.
