You asked for it and you got it! Many of you wankers asked "how do I train for your Bi-Annual Half-Mind , Half-Ass, Half-Case, Half-Marathon?" Instead of telling you we have devised a yearly event that will both sate the hardcore amongst us yet be genital or gentle to those of you in training.

Beers: 6
Beer Options Choose One (PBR, Natty Ice, Natty Lite, Coors Lite, Budweiser, Corona, or Naturdays, Cider, IPA, Truly, or White Claws)

Fartlek:
You will run 2 loops between 3-3.5 miles. At the end of every mile you will drink a beer. At the end we will have a low country boil.
