Helen, Ga is a small mountain town with a population under 600. The population this weekend with visitors is over 40,000. Helen is known for its vineyards and Bavarian-style buildings...and of course it's known for it's HUGE COCK-toberfest loaded with tasty ass German beer and food selections.

Room information:
We are blocked out for 10 Standard rooms and 20 Riverfront balcony rooms available on a 3 night minimum stay.
Standard rooms that do not overlook the river and require stairs would be $174.60 per night plus tax.
Riverfront rooms with private balconies and elevator accessibility would be $242.10 per night plus tax.
Smoking in a Non-Smoking room OR bringing a pet on property will result in possible eviction from the property and a surcharge of $250.00 added to your hotel bill.
Rates are for 1 or 2 people in a room. For additional people in a room, add $10.00 per night plus tax.
Tax rate is 15% and there is a $5.00 per night State Bed fee.
Housekeeping will not enter a guest room once it is occupied, however, they will knock on doors daily to offer fresh supplies (we will probably ask them not to). Full housekeeping may be arranged with the front desk for a time when the guest will be out of the room.
