Get your dirndls, lederhosen and beer steins ready for the 6th Anal Cocktoberfest!! Cum hash in Georgia's very own Alpine Village. Helen, Ga is a mountain town known for its vineyards and Bavarian-style buildings...and of course it's known for it's HUGE COCK-toberfest loaded with tasty ass German beer/food selections.

Friday
3pm: Beer Bar is Open
4-7pm: Registration
7pm: Dinner
8pm: Games & Draft punk that will lead into the room crawl.
Draft punk: Bring x2 22's or a 6 pack of your favorite brew that you want others to sample. Those who would like to participate but does not want to bring beer will be asked a small entrance fee. (cups for sampling will be provided).
Room crawl: (Hares: Clean Clam, Jaws & Scuba) Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume!
Saturday
6-10am: Continental Breakfast
1030am: Circle
11am: Cocktoberfest Shiggy Trail (Hares: Goat Touch Me, Sex Ray Tech). Bring ID, $$ for extra credit bar, $$ your lunch & an outfit to match the trail theme.
3-5pm Hab Sales / Games
6pm: Festhalle (dress in your best German attire). Dinner includes one wurst (your Choice) and sauerkraut and one side (red cabbage or German potato salad) dessert (German Chocolate cake, Cheesecake, or Apple Strudel) and beverage (excluding beer and wine.) Food served cafeteria style.

10pm: Alpine Pizza Garden for karaoke! (10pm-1am) (There are two Alpines, this one is near the Two Tire Tavern, not the one on the river)
Sunday
6-10am: Continental Breakfast
10am: Hangover trail (Hare: Bearly Blue) followed by circle. At Circle, we'll draw the 50/50 and you must be present to win. The charity donation is for Pancreatic Cancer.
11am: GTFO or stay for Sunday Funday (you're on your own beer/food wise when leftovers run out).

Please pay by August 5th. It is International Hangover Day. You're already paying for that anyway.
No refunds are issued after September 27th (Go Topless Day).
No Pets will be allowed for this event. No nudity in the pool area.
If we meet our rego cap, we will start a waitlist. No transfers of Rego without MisMan approval.

We have blocked off THE SureStay Hotel in downtown Helen. They have 58 rooms. Any leftover rooms will be released to the public after Oct.1st so please book before then. I can almost guarantee you will NOT find another room in Helen if you don't book before the deadline (OCT 1st). If you are able to find another accommodation, it is more than likely going to be double the price ($250-$400). Helen gets a lot of traffic as it is extremely popular and most accommodations sell out months prior to October. Check the accommodations tab for more info and nightly rate.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY nights are the only two nights that the rooms are saved and guaranteed available until Oct. 1st. If you plan on coming in the night before the event or staying Sunday these rooms are NOT saved nor guaranteed to be available. You MUST book any additional nights ASAP to guarantee you have a place to stay.
