Cocktoberfest 2021. To Helen Back!
Get your dirndls, lederhosen and beer steins ready for the 5th Anal Cocktoberfest!! Cum hash in Georgia's very own Alpine Village. Helen, Ga is a mountain town known for its vineyards and Bavarian-style buildings...and of course it's known for it's HUGE COCK-toberfest loaded with tasty ass German beer/food selections.

Friday
4pm: Kegs tapped and registration.
7pm: Dinner
8pm: Draft punk that will lead into the room crawl.
Draft punk: Bring x2 22's or a 6 pack of your favorite brew that you want others to sample. Those who would like to participate but does not want to bring beer will be asked a small entrance fee. (cups for sampling will be provided).
Room crawl: We will be asking for volunteers!
Saturday
6-10am: Continental Breakfast
1030am: Circle
11am: Cocktoberfest Shiggy Trail
6pm: Festhalle (dress in your best German attire). Dinner includes one wurst (your Choice) and sauerkraut and one side (red cabbage or German potato salad) dessert (German Chocolate cake , Cheesecake, or Apple Strudel) and beverage (excluding beer and wine.) Food served cafeteria style
Sunday
6-10am: Continental Breakfast
10am: Hangover trail followed by circle.
11am: GTFO or stay for Sunday Funday (you're on your own beer/food wise when leftovers run out).

We are requiring everyone that plans to attend Cocktoberfest to present a negative COVID-19 test taken no later than 48 hours prior to rego time Friday. There will be a handful of rapid COVID-19 tests available from Clotten. Submit tests to sexh3mm@gmail.com *

Due to Octoberfest tickets that the organizers must pre-order in advance, rego will close September 10th.
Rego is non-refundable after September 10th, noon eastern hash time.

Lunch on Sat is on your own whilst on trail. There will be a stop that gives anyone who is hungry the opportunity to get chow. We will have snacks to nibble on back at the hotel after trail prior to heading to the festhalle for dinner and festivities.

Accommodations: We have blocked off THE SureStay Hotel in downtown Helen. They have 58 rooms. Any leftover rooms will be released to the public after Oct.1st so please book before then. I can almost guarantee you will NOT find another room in Helen if you don't book before the deadline (OCT 1st). If you are able to find another accommodation, it is more than likely going to be double the price ($250-$400). Helen gets a lot of traffic as it is extremely popular and most accommodations sell out months prior to October. Check the accommodations tab for more info and nightly rate.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY nights are the only two nights that the rooms are saved and guaranteed available until Oct. 1st. If you plan on coming in the night before the event or staying Sunday these rooms are NOT saved nor guaranteed to be available. You MUST book any additional nights ASAP to guarantee you have a place to stay. Any additional nights booked will need to be booked as a separate reservation...their booking program sucks and won't allow it any other way.
No nudity in the pool area (Damnit Clotten). No marking on the walls or windows as it will be a $50 fine to the individual.
