The 14th Red Tent H3 2025 AGM will be in Colonial Beach, VA. Approximately 70 miles outside of DC or Richmond.

Riverview Inn
The Riverview Inn is ADORBS. Each room has a unique theme. All the rooms offer bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, black washcloths (IYKYK), and water.
Rooms 1-10 are blocked for us. All are ground level. Sadly, they do not allow dogs.

The pricing below is the total cost per room for the weekend and includes tax.
-Rooms 1, 9, and 10 have a full-size bed and the price for the weekend is $354.80. Sleeps 2.
-Rooms 2, 7 and 8 have a Queen bed and the price for the weekend is $374.62. (Sleeps 2)
-Rooms 3 and 4 are standard 2 queen rooms and the price for the weekend is $394.44. (Sleeps 4)
-Rooms 6 is a 2 Queen family room and the price for the weekend is $414.30
