Palmetto H3 2025 Campout
Release of Liability for Property Owners, Palmetto Hash House Harriers and Palmetto Hash House Harriers Mismanagement

I, and my heirs, in consideration of my participation in the Palmetto H3 8th Annual Backwoods Campout on May 2-4, 2025, at Photo Spread’s Farm in Winnabow, NC hereby release the property owners and Palmetto Hash House Harriers and its officers, employees and agents, and any other people officially connected with this event, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, sickness or injury from whatever source, legal entanglements, imprisonment, death, or loss of money, which might occur while participating in this event.

Specifically, I release said persons and groups from any liability or responsibility for my physical condition, for the condition or selection of course route and for the presence or actions of any other participants. I am aware of the risks of participation, which include, but are not limited to, the possibility of sprained muscles and ligaments, broken bones, fatigue and death. I hereby state that I am in sufficient physical condition to accept a rigorous level of physical activity. I understand that participation in this event is strictly voluntary and I freely choose to participate. I understand that the property owners, Palmetto Hash House Harriers or its Mismanagement and officers do not provide medical coverage for me. I verify that I will be responsible for any medical costs I incur as a result of my participation.

I understand and agree to the following:
I am an adult, in control of my actions, and responsible for my actions and the results of said actions.
I realize if I do something stupid, the hash has no extra cash, so I am responsible for bailing myself out of jail, and/or any associated medical costs.

I acknowledge I am at least 21 years of age, of sound mind and that participants are responsible for themselves and I am solely responsible for my own actions. By acknowledging this waiver I release my right to bring forth any court proceedings for damages incurred due to my attendance at this event. If I violate any of these conditions and am asked to leave by a member of Palmetto Hash House Harriers Mismanagement I understand I will not receive any refund.
