For Palmetto H3's 4th annual campout, we have decided to return to the AWESOME venue we utilized in 2020. The Southeast Outdoor Activity Center is 109 acres of converted golf course into camping areas and wooded trails completely available for a fun, debauched hash camping weekend!

Primitive camping sites are shaded with picnic tables, water stations, and fire rings. Real bathrooms with showers are available for all campers who don't want enjoy the natural hash stink from the weekend.

There are limited cabins with indoor/outdoor lights that can be booked for an additional cost of $50/night (sleeps 4) and RV spaces for an extra $15 for the weekend. There is 1 yurt that with a queen size bed and misc. furnishings that costs $70/night. Please contact Mismanagement directly if you are interested in a cabin/yurt or if you are planning to bring an RV.

Friday night will of course involve the 4th annual Palmetto H3 Chili Cook Off! Winner determined by a popular vote (more information on how to sign up will be shared at a later date). Friday festivities will also include a shooting start trail, so bring a libation or activity to contribute to the trail. This will be an actual-ish trail, so please be in closed-toed or walking shoes. All other meals and beverages will be provided for the weekend.

The event is dog friendly!! There is a small/shallow creek running through the property for your pupper to splash or cool off in.

2021 event considerations
COVID. It’s out there, we are all adults, use your best judgment- if you feel sick, please stay home, let us know, and we will refund your rego. PH3 will have hand sanitizer/soap available and anyone involved in food prep will wear masks. Please feel free to wear a mask at any point this weekend. Our campout area is large, so you can stay as socially-distanced as you choose.

Check In will begin at 3:30PM on Friday afternoon. If you will be arriving after 5PM, please send our misman a message so we know.

Everyone is required to sign a camping waiver from the property; an additional waiver for anyone bringing a 4-legged hasher will also be sent by email or available upon arrival. Please sign/email waivers to palmettoh3@gmail.com.

There is a mud run obstacle course on the property. Due to liability, no one is allowed on any of the obstacles, so avoid temptation, and plan on coming back to SOAC for a future mud run event if you are interested!

Please bring headlamps or a flashlight and closed-toed shoes for Friday night’s Shooting Star Trail.

There is a Frisbee golf course and MX bike track available on site. Please bring your bikes or discs with if you are interested for Saturday!
