Get to I-40, Take exit 259 to get onto OK-150 S and go about 5 miles south for the campground turnoff (on the right), the sign will say "Picken's Lake Group Camp (A3)", go through the open gate and follow the open gate and follow the road until you see the registration table.

Weather should be perfect for trails, so don't forget to thank your event RA for doing what he could to make that happen!

One week to go until the first anal Oklahoma Interhash!!!

1. COVID update: For the safety of everyone we are asking attendees:
   bring proof of full vaccination, OR
   bring proof of a negative COVID test from RAPID PCR testing sites, OR
   bring a home test kit and test negative at the registration table.
   We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, but the safety of everyone attending is of utmost importance to event mismanagement.




2. Event itinerary:
   24 March, Thursday arrivals - do NOT arrive BEFORE 1500 / 3 pm. Bring your own food and supplies for Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast, and lunch because the first provided meal is Friday dinner. Caveat There will be an optional Thursday dinner hot meal available for a $5 donation, in case you would like to partake. Kitchen is generally off limits unless cleared by kitchen MisMan (Cap't Cummybuns).
   25 March, Friday - 80's hair band theme, dinner by 7 pm (kegs tapped or beer accessible before this time), cabin crawl (taking sponsors for shot stops), midnight nekkid trail
   26 March, Saturday - trail themes is video game characters, breakfast by 8 am, bike trail, eagle/turkey/ball breaker trails, lunch on trail (all the "never leave campers" have to walk .69 miles to meet at lunch spot), end circle by 4 pm, dinner by 7 pm, hash-o-limpdicks and dinner skit, habadashery mall (bring your hash shit to be sold)
   27 March, Sunday - grab-n-go breakfast by 8 am, cleanup and out of the venue by noon

   NO REFUNDS but we are happy to transfer paid rego to another hasher.




4. Important notes:
   The cabins are NOT dog friendly, unfortunately. If you plan to bring a doggo, you will have to tent camp or be staying in the very limited RV spots.
   If you need recommendations for reliable COVID testing sites, email us and we will send along a list.

Rego prices -
Regular pricing = $100

We will have food options for omnivores, herbivores, lactose intolerant, or glutard for those that self-identify (only). You will not be disappointed by our BBQ owning hasher that is providing wonderful meals.

Lodging is in 4 air-conditioned and heated cabins with twin beds (bring your own sheets and bedding), and tent camping (if desired) near the cabins. There will be one cabin designated for those who are early to bed (cabins are first cum, first served). Located within the park with 1 mile of woods separating from the muggle area. Private pond, basketball court, and volleyball court.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the sleeping cabins, but there isn't any signage against them on the premises. If you want to bring your pupper, you can tent camp on site which is totally cool to do.

OKIH HAPPI COATS have been ordered. Those that were able to preorder before January 15th had additional options for pockets, length addition, and embroidery. We did order some extra standard happi coats that can be purchased at the event itself. Each happi is $55.
