The Beach Bash location has Changed!!!!

HOLY SHIT BATMAN! Dam you Murphy and your Law! What can happen will happen and you almost got us with no reach around. We have changed the location of the beach bash from Tsuken Island to Miyagi Island at a private beach house. The hash has had parties and events here before and we love this place.

The new beach bash location's GPS coordinates are:

Why you ask?
The slow ferry to Tsuken Island is down for maintenance and repairs until 15 June. This is the only way to get supplies to Tsuken Island. Sure we could've moved it via the fast ferry, but how many of you want to help move 2000+ pounds of beer, water, food, party supplies, lube, and camping gear about a mile... from the port to the beach... by hand? Did I mention we would also have to load and unload the ferry by hand? Yep, hell no. Moving the 60+ cases of liquids alone would have taken 20 people at least 2 trips. Then... we could've started moving the rest of the stuff. Just... no.

What that means for you....
Pros: The rego price has not changed. We now have exclusive access to a private beach house and beach with plenty of space for our tents! You can save money by not having to pay for the ferry. (We ask you to car pool due to limited parking.) We still have a great beach for the beach shenanigans.

Cons: The beach is not the pristine sand beaches of Tsuken. :( You may want to wear beach shoes if you have dainty feet and want to wade WAY out into the water. Some of you may need to change your libo location (If it really makes that big of difference and you want to be Gung Ho.) There is only one bathroom and shower.

What we need from you....
* Bring your camp gear like planned.
* This is still a registration all inclusive event. Just because you can drive there, do not invite people that are not rego'd.
* If you are bringing dogs, they are not allowed into the beach house. Period fucking dot. We will ask you to leave if you intentionally bring your dog in and we will send you the bills for the cleaning, damages to the floors, ect...
* Check out the pictures from the last time we were at the Miyagi Beach house.
** Bring you togas, strong livers, and anything else you need to handle the weekend's party in style.

Hashers! Gather around! Its time for the second annual OOOOOOOOOOkinawa Hash House Harriers Beach Bash! This year we are doing a short float over to Tsuken island which promises to be jam packed with beer, shiggy, sand, Olympdicks, beer, sun, food, swag, beer, chuhai, and all the on-ons you could hope for!
