You must rego AND pay in advance to attend this event . . We will NOT accept hash cash day of event. Your $20 rego gets you trail, tube, beer stop, river float, beer at circle.
Meet at 2pm at The Rock Springs Bar & Grill, park in the south side grassy lot only and carpool as much as you can. O2H3 will NOT be providing beer at the start. Drinks and eats must be purchased from the bar. Remember The Rock is pay as you go. Opening tabs will not be allowed. Please support this very Hasher-friendly bar so we can enjoy this great hash venue for years to come. Let’s not blow it!
Hares away at 3:30pm. We will have a turkey trail for the walkers and an eagle trail for the runners, both are off-road. There’s a beer stop at the river launch. Here we will provide tubes for the fun leisurely float down the river. If you feel the need to bring your own float you must carry it on trail and it will NOT be inflated for you at the launch. Do not ask for your float to be carried to the launch.
We will end with a big fun circle, plenty of beer, and usual hash hijinks and jocularity. You will walk back to your car from there, there will be a kit car for dry clothes, vessels and shoes at the end IF YOU ARE ON TIME AT THE START.

Limited near trail rustic camping will be available for those who would like to not travel immediately afterward. This is a separate event and needs to be registered for separately on a first cum first served basis on:

Rules:
Anyone found to be in violation of the rules will be asked by Mismanagement to leave immediately. If your behavior is deemed to be problematic, you will be asked by Mismanagement to leave immediately. We will not jeopardize future Float Hash events. There will be no tolerance for any violation of these rules that are put in place for safety and by request of the venue owners.
*Absolutely no alcoholic beverages on bar property that were not purchased at Rock Springs Bar and Grill.
*No fireworks, flame throwers, or other similar devices that could cause damage or injury.
*No fighting or aggressive behavior. If a bar regular or staff member is being rude to you, shrug it off and move on.
*Park in the open side lot only. Do not park in an area that can be locked up with your car inside it. Do not park in the main bar parking in front of the bar.
*Do not litter or cause damage to any of the properties hosting us for this event. Represent the hash respectfully so we can continue to have this event in future years.
