We'll be at the end of the pedestrian bridge next to the sneaky rock sculpture.

Well, the goal is for people who want to ferry over to Bremerton for their Halloween pub crawl, that ferry leaves at 12:20.
End circle location is a 12 minute walk to the ferry terminal.
