It's that time of year... Come one, come all to the Mount Vernon H3 AGM weekend in Winchester, VA. Guaranteeing this will be the best MVH3 AGM in 2025!
Dates: April 25th – April 27th

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
-Friday, April 25th 4pm: check-in at hotel
-Friday, April 25th, 6pm: Bar Crawl in downtown Winchester. Bar list/times will be provided later (likely first bar 1 mile from hotel so be prepared to walk or carpool).

-Saturday, April 26th, 10am: Outgoing MM Trail, followed by lunch and a beer at a brewery (included in rego price).
-Saturday afternoon: Apple Blossom Festival with wine festival downtown, nap, drink more beer (not necessarily in that order).
-Saturday evening: AGM Dinner. Something different this year! We have reserved the hibachi/teppanyaki side of a Japanese restaurant and will get food with a show!

-Sunday, April 27, 10am: Incoming MM Trail. Start will likely be the hotel parking lot.

Bonus Trail: Hillbilly H3 will have their April trail on Sunday, the 27th, in Winchester. Not included in rego price.
