A MVH3 Hash Weekend
Cost: $85*
It's that time of year... Come one, come all to the Mount Vernon H3 AGM weekend in Winchester, VA. Guaranteeing this will be the best MVH3 AGM in 2025!
Dates: April 25th – April 27th
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
-Friday, April 25th 4pm: check-in at hotel Hashpitality suite, room 211
-Friday, April 25th, 6pm: Bar Crawl in downtown Winchester. See Friday tab below for details
-Saturday, April 26th, 10am: Outgoing MM Trail, followed by lunch and a beer at a brewery (included in rego price).
-Saturday afternoon: Apple Blossom Festival with wine festival downtown, nap, drink more beer (not necessarily in that order).
-Saturday evening: AGM Dinner. Something different this year! We have reserved the hibachi/teppanyaki side of a Japanese restaurant and will get food with a show!
-Sunday, April 27, 10am: Incoming MM Trail. Start will likely be the hotel parking lot.
Bonus Trail: Hillbilly H3 will have their April trail on Sunday, the 27th, in Winchester. Not included in rego price.

Schedule of Events
4 - 6pm: sign-in at Hotel Hashpitality suite, room 211
6:30pm - midnight: Bar Crawl in downtown Winchester.
6:30 to 7:30pm - Oak Stone Craft Pizza and Bar. 1 mile from hotel and 1/2 mile from downtown. It has a large parking lot, so drive/carpool there and leave car, or walk from hotel.
8 to 9pm - 50/50 Taphouse. 50 beers on tap
9 to10 pm - Alesatian Brewing Company upstairs, Roma Old Town Wood-Fired Pizza downstairs. Brewery beers available downstairs, as well as wine and cocktails
10 to 11pm - 2 choices, either The Cider House or Winchester Brew Works
11 to 12pm - Vibrissa Beer - food, beer, wine and cocktails
8 - 9am: late sign-in at hashpitality suite
10am: Outgoing MM Trail, followed by lunch and a beer at a brewery (included in rego price). Trail is A - Z, with lunch near Z, so pack up what you need for end/lunch. There will be a bag vehicle. Start in the Spark Hotel parking lot, back corner.

10am: Incoming MM Trail. Start in the back of the Spark hotel parking lot. A - A, Fat Boy strip mall tour, the best of suburbia
