Code of Conduct
Real talk, friends. This is important. We expect everyone to read and follow these rules. If you need help or see something concerning, find a member of the Event Mismanagement Team, and we’ll handle it. We’re all here to have fun—let’s also make sure we’re safe and respectful while doing it.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct will result in immediate removal from the event. No refunds will be issued.

1) This Is a Positive Consent Event
ONLY YES MEANS YES. And yes must be clear, enthusiastic, and sober.
Positive Consent means freely given, informed, and enthusiastic agreement to participate in any activity—especially physical or sexual.
Silence is not consent. Uncertainty is not consent. Assumptions are not consent.
Consent must be verbal for physical or sexual contact. Ask first. Every time.
Consent can be revoked at any time—if someone says stop, you stop.
Consent while intoxicated is not valid. If someone is too drunk or high to make clear decisions, that is a NO.
Prior sexual contact does not imply future consent. Ask again.
Being naked or dressed provocatively is not consent. Touching, spanking, hugging, or kissing all require consent.
No coercion, manipulation, badgering, or pressuring. That’s not just a violation of this code—it’s harassment.

2) Respect Everyone
Treat hashers, locals, bar staff, and business owners with kindness and respect.
Be aware of your language and behavior, especially around non-hashers (“muggles”).
Represent the hash with good vibes and better manners.

3) Follow Utah State Law
We’re guests here—comply with all local and state laws (yes, even the weird ones).

4) Violence, Harassment, or Assault
Zero tolerance. Any form of violence, harassment, or assault will result in immediate removal and possible legal consequences.

5) Theft
Don’t steal. From anyone. For any reason. Full stop.

6) Nudity
We love body freedom, but we must follow local laws and event boundaries:
Genitals and buttholes must be covered in public.
Female-presenting nipples must be covered in public spaces (except during our designated “boob checks”).
Respect the venue and your fellow hashers.

7) Photography & Videography
Get consent from everyone in your photo or video—before you post.
Do not post any image or video publicly without clear permission from everyone involved.
Be extra mindful even in private or closed groups—discretion matters. Protect the community.

8) Intoxication Protocol
If a hasher is clearly too drunk or high, help get them to a safe space.
Enlist help from anyone in misman if needed.
Watch out for each other. Buddy system encouraged.
If you’re feeling too out of it yourself, ask for help. We’ve got your back.
Let’s keep it weird, wild, and wonderful—but most of all, safe and consensual. Thank you for making this event awesome for everyone!
