ACTIVITIES:
We will reveal a full list of activities and times when the event draws nearer but here are the things you might want to consider now:
WINE HOUR!!! - Bring a bottle of your favorite wine to share.
CABIN CRAWL - If you would like to host a shot stop click the button that says you want to host one
HABERDASHERY - Plan to bring some cash if you want to purchase habby. There is very limited cell service.
HAB SALES - Feel free to bring your kennel’s haberdashery to set up and sell. Hab sales will be set up at the mess hall.

SAFETY/IMPORTANT NOTES:
The safety of the campers is a top priority for IH3 mismanagement. Please be aware of the following safety notices:
CODE OF CONDUCT - Please take a moment to review our Code of Conduct at ithacah3.org/code-of-conduct-and-processes Signing up for our weekend is an acknowledgment that you agree to abide by the policies laid out therein. Consent is not just sexy it is mandatory!
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO - Our policy is that there are no photos or videos allowed around the dance floor on Friday night. Pictures are a matter of consent (see Code Of Conduct if you need more info). No photos or videos are to be taken of people at any time during the event without their consent. Be mindful of what is in the background of your photos/videos (nudity, people peeing, people who have not consented).
DRIVING/PARKING - Once you park, plan to not be driving your vehicle again until Sunday. Please follow the directions of the parking team. The concrete pad is for camper and RV parking only. Cars will be asked to move. Please do not park there unless we tell you to.
COVID/CONTAGIONS - If you are under quarantine, test positive, are sick, or have had recent contact with anyone who is/was sick: Do not attend!
DOGS - Sorry, no dogs are allowed.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Our primary recommendation is to bring a tent. There are a limited number of cabins available as well. As a last resort, you can also bring a camper/RV.
RESTROOMS/SHOWERS - There are two shower/bathroom buildings and a bathroom in the mess hall. All facilities are all-gender.
ELECTRICITY - Unfortunately we cannot offer electricity.
CABINS - Cabins will be first come first served. Contact mismanagement if you want a cabin. Bring your own sleeping bag or linens. Again that’s: os@ithacah3.org
CAMPERS/RVs - Our camp is not set up to support RVs so there are no electrical/sewage hookups. That being said, you can bring an RV up to 21 feet in length. Anything longer than that will get stuck. See the parking attendants at the REGO table if you are bringing in an RV/Camper and they will tell you where you can park. If you are bringing an RV/Camper, please contact the GM to let her know the size and type: gm@ithacah3.org
GENERATORS - In the spirit of being considerate to all campers, we have a no-generator policy. If you bring one and turn it on you will be asked to turn it off.

Flintstones - Stone-age - Dinosaurs

A vessel. All bedding if you are in a cabin, air mattresses are recommended. Towels, flash lights, bug spray, camp chair, whatever you bring when you camp. Warm clothing and rain gear.
