It's the 9th Anal HSWTFH3 Campout

When: August 11th, 2023 to August 13th, 2023.

Cost: 95$ for the weekend, this covers food, drinks, swag, and shenanigans.
At this time our PayPal is wonky, bring cash on day of or anytime you see ICP in the wild.

Rules for HSWTFH3 Campouts: (Like, don't even rego if you haven't read these)
*NO dogs. Even the cutest of cutie pies.
*Hashing is for fun people and violence is not fun. If you commit violence, we aren't law enforcement, but, luckily, we know how to call them. We will call the sheriff. We will kick you out. you will not get a refund, and you will not be welcomed back to future events.
* Campouts can be pretty flirty. Consent is sexy and always required. If you violate consent rules, we will call the sheriff, we will kick you out, you will not get a refund, and you will not be welcomed back to future events.
*Gathering with friends is fun. Drama is not fun. If you cause everyone who's having a good time to get involved with your drama, we will kick you out, you will not get a refund, and you will not be welcome back.
*If you cancel after August 2nd, you will still be on the hook for the cost of hab ~40$
*MisMan has emergency medical supplies, but does not have licensed medical staff on site. Please make good safe choices.

Itinerary For Campout:

Friday:
Organizers arrive anytime after 9am.
Early Birds transporting goods for campout can arrive after 10:30am.
Anyone can arrive after 1:30pm - Set Up Solar Twinkle Lights if you brought them.
3pm: Official Check-In/HAB dispersal/Consent Briefings Begin. All attendees must participate
4pm: DJ gets some fun music bumping
6pm ish Dinner Served
8pm Round one of the Oktoberfest Stein Chug tournament
9:30pm: Circle/ABC Trail/MisMan Shot Check

Saturday
9am Breakfast
9:30am Round two of the Oktoberfest Stein Chug tournament
11:30am Games Begin
5pm Round three of the Oktoberfest Stein Chug tournament
6pmish Dinner Served TBD
9pm Saturday: PARTY Details TBD

Sunday
9am: Breakfast
10am: Finals and Crown the Champion of the Oktoberfest Stein Chug tournament
11am: New MisMan Announcement & Closing Circle

What we are providing & what is already available at the campsite:
Running Water
A big field to set up your tent (You must check in BEFORE picking a tent site)
Five Meals Worth Of Food (see future post for menu)
Paper Plates (you are encouraged to bring your own reusable stuff)
Plastic Ware (you are encouraged to bring your own reusable ones, especially if you got them at a previous campout)
Plastic Cups (you are heavily encouraged to bring your own reusable Vessels-we know you have them)

Various Lawn Games
Entertainment

What you should bring (we are NOT providing this for you):
Tent!
Sleeping Bag/Blankets/Pillows/Sleeping Bag/Air Mattress
Clothes appropriate for:
1) Camping Friday,
2) Camping Saturday,
3) A swimsuit and a towel if you want to go to the recreational waterfront (7mi away)
4) unClothes for the Anything But Clothing (ABC) trail if you choose to participate,
5) Making out
6) Driving to/from the campsite
Toiletries
Bug Spray
Sunblock

Other things you probably should bring:
Sunshades/Canopies – the more the better, especially if it’s predicted to be HOT or WET.
Dance lights for the pants off dance off tent
ALL OF THE STRINGS OF SOLAR LIGHTS
Camp chairs

Other things some people might choose to bring:
Their own booze
Their own beer
Snacks they can’t live without
Your own coolers with your own ice if you bring something you want kept cold
Your own storage device to store water if you don’t want walk all the way to the spigot.
