Welcum and howdy wankers! Mark your calendars and rego now to join your favorite kennel west of the beltway and attend the TENTH Hillbilly Anal Genital Meeting! Wow, how time flies.

Theme: Hillbilly Wild, Wild, West of the Beltway!

What: Cum spend the weekend with your fellow cowpolk, gunmen, lawmen, outlaws and saloon girls as we celebrate 11 years of hashing, dating back to February 28, 2009. This year we’re bringing you a little of the west with the Hillbilly Wild, Wild West of the Beltway AGM back at Shenandoah River State Park. We will have your favorite cuntry music, games, booze, and debauchery, you’ve cum to love and expect!

Who: Hillbilly Cowboys, Cowgirls, and anyone else we can get to cum. We love it when you cum!

When: February 21-23, Check in at 4pm on Friday. Check out at 10am on Sunday.

Where: Andy Guest Shenandoah River State Park
No need to make reservations. When you rego please note your roommate preferences and we will do our damndest to keep everyone who wants to be together in the same cabin. Max occupancy to a cabin will be 6, or 8, depending on the cabin, unless you’re in the lodge. The cabins are pretty swanky, too. They are all fully furnished, with a full kitchen, running water, hear and a wrap-around porch.

How Much: Early birds get in for a low price of $90. It will jump to $110 on November 15, and then $125 on January 1. So if you want to save $$, rego prior to November 15! . Cap of 50, so get in while the getting’s hot! After that, you will go on the waitlist and we may squeeze you in, but no guarantees. Contact MM if you plan on bringing an RV, as RV space is limited. When you rego, choose friends and family, to avoid the fee, and send the rego to jed.hillbilly.h3@gmail.com. You can also pay in person at any Hillbilly trail, however you still need to rego online and then MM will mark you as paid. Your rego will not appear until you have paid. There are no refunds, but you can transfer your rego to someone else. MM must be informed of all transfers prior to the event.

What You Get: Three trails and the trail count credit of 3, a chili cook-off, beer, a western shin-dig, good ol’fashion western games, costume contest, another sweet giveaway that won’t disappoint, shenanigans, A breakfast you can’t miss (because someone in your cabin has to make it), and much much more.

Other important stuff: No-one under 21 – DUH! No partial weekend regos – Make hashing a priority and stay all 3 days. No pets – Find a sitter. Fido can go without you for a few days. NO EXCEPTIONS

UPDATE 1 - as of November 09: By popular demand, we've got all the cabins and with that, the cap has been raised to the max, from 50 to 77!

UPDATE 2 - as of December 02: Personalized gimmes will be ordered later this month, so in order to be guaranteed one, order no later than December 15.
