Friday Check-in 4-6PM: in the HOTEL BREAKFAST AREA next to the Office, 1st floor.
Hashpitality Suite #1 (Facing the parking lot) Open 4-7PM for libations and casual shenanigans
Dinner: Hashpitality Suite #2 (around the side) approx 6-7PM (we'll confirm when it's ready.)
Shot Trail (Pirate Theme) 8PM - at hotel
Saturday:
Breakfast 8AM Hashpitality Suite
Check-In (in Hashpitality Suite) 9-10 AM.
Hash Olympics 11 AM.
Lunch at the Hashpitality Suite after Hash Olympics and before Trail.
Red Dress Run 3PM, Dinner after trail at the Hashpitality Suite.
Sunday:
Champagne Closing Circle 10AM
(Brunch on your own.)
We will provide food and BEER from Friday night thru Sunday morning.
