Beer and food is contra, there will be a grill available and the

We will be supported by Allegheny Outfitters and our 1:00 reservation is under Armstrong. You must make your own reservations with https://www.alleghenyoutfitters.com/.
They will drop the kayaks at the start. This is a long float so please consider renting or bringing your kayak or coerce a friend to tow your lazy ass downstream. There will be a U-Haul to move boats, dry bags and gear.
Trail will start around 10 on Saturday the 20th so come up Friday night or leave Pittsburgh at 7am. It is a 3 hour drive. We will probably hit some local bars Friday night.
Floating and Bloating
Camp Gear, Floating Device, Money for stops, Food and, Beverages
Try to arrive before dark or you will be in the very dark. There will be signs in the campground leading to the site. We will probably go into Warren to eat dinner and have a beverage or two.
Saturday: Eat a big breakfast. Meet at 10 to run, Please note that trail the does not leave from camp. Trail is about 3.5 miles and ends at the viewing/put-in area just below the Kinzua Dam.
The float is 9 miles and takes 3+ hours at a moderate pace (hence the recommendation to rent a boat rather than relying on a floatie.)We will pull-out in Warren at Allegheny Outfitters site for pizza. There may be some shenanigans in Warren before we head back to camp by school bus.
Sunday.: Check out is 11. There are all kind of things to do in the area.
