This year’s weekend is sure to please every witch, wizard, and even muggle. Even a dementor would be tickled with the enchanting debauchery that awaits. Quench your thirst with the finest of butter beers that this side of New York State has to offer while floating in an enchanted pool surrounded by the forbidden forest.

We have lined up an exciting new location for this years festivities with all the amenities. We will have access to:

• A full lodge with dining room and kitchen


• A pavilion with tables


• Cabins - plenty of bunks for everyone


• RV parking (some may even have power/water hookups - no sewer)


• A swimming pool Swim at your own risk


• Showers


• Bathrooms with running water throughout the camp


• Access to a 200 acre property with a creek and easy access to a state forest


• A complete lack of cell phone service - enjoy the disconnection (Service is available about a mile down the road though)

Rego includes all the beer you can drink, tent/cabin camping, habby, a personalized tag, Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday), Lunch (Saturday) and Dinner (Friday & Saturday). Friday Shooting Star Shot Trail, Bonfire w/ S'mores, Saturday Trail, Music & Dancing, Hash games, and Sunday Fatboy await!

NOTE: Once you've registered, please send payment via Paypal directly to fch3trails@gmail.com or Venmo @fch3trails PLEASE USE THE "FRIENDS & FAMILY" OPTION. You will not show up in the rego list until payment is received, and misman gets a chance to sober up and mark you paid.

SAFETY/IMPORTANT NOTES
The safety of the campers is top priority to FCH3 Mismanagement. Please be aware of the following safety notices.

Driving- Once you park plan not to be driving your vehicle again until Sunday. Upon arrival, stop at the registration building and you will be directed on where to park.

COVID, if you are under Quarantine, test positive, or are sick Do Not Attend!!

Plan to bring some Cash if you want to purchase Habby...there is ZERO cell service!
Hab Sales: Feel Free to bring your kennel’s haberdashery to set up and sell. The registration desk or misman can direct you on where to setup

COSTUMES
So you are still confused about what to wear? It is a Harry Potter theme-something with wands or creatures or whatever etc....

SLEEPING
Tents are welcome - bring your own and pack it with stuff.

Campers and RV's - We have space for parking them. Some may even have water/power hookups, but this is not guaranteed and will be first come, first served. See the parking attendants at the REGO Table if you are bringing in an RV/Camper - we will tell you where you can park.

Cabins - There are plenty of rustic cabins available. Bring your own sleeping bag, pad or linens. Cabins do have electric and small fans are OK. If you want to share a cabin with particular hashers, make sure to put that in your rego or email Mismanagement and we will do our best to accommodate.

Dogs/Cats/Magical creatures - Unfortunately no creatures of any kind are allowed.

Any Rego past July 15th is not guaranteed whatever awesome habby we decide to get. So REGO already!

Consent! Hashing is a fun time and we want to ensure it remains fun for everyone. Both men AND women need to have consent from the other party/parties. Nudity is not consent. Actions under obvious inebriation are not consent. If something seems wrong about a situation, it’s ok to ask questions and intervene to stop a bad situation before it starts.  If you see something that you are not comfortable handling or aren’t sure about please find a member of Flour City Mismanagement who will check it out and take appropriate action.

NUDITY: No outdoor nudity during daylight hours and no nudity within eyesight of the road or the Caretakers House.

Wizards, witches, magical creatures, muggles - the choice is yours. FCH3 is proud to welcome creatures of all varieties. We don’t agree with Ms. Rowlings beliefs, we just like wizards.
