Oh no…but flowers blooming means… the Cherry Blossom Festival…which means TOURIST INVASION! We love to hate on them in their tacky I heart DC tshirts, inability to stand on the correct side of the escalators in the metro, and of course being asked for directions and confirming “No, that is not the White House, that’s the Capitol.” Channel your inner tacky tourist or try to blend in with the cherry blossoms by wearing pink, either way,
