Ten years ago, someone invited Just Ben, who had just graduated from Space Cadet Academy with a degree in Rocket Science, to a space-themed running event. He had questions. Mostly, “what kinds of weirdos run for fun?”

Then, in Opening Circle, he took his flight suit off to reveal nipple tassels and spandex space shorts. The loving reaction from the crowd told him, “ah yes, these are indeed my type of weirdos.”

The rest is hashing history. The world has gone to complete shit since then, but at least we still have our happy little cult!

Miscellaneous Crap: Trail is A to A’ (0.5 mi to East Falls Church Metro). Bring your own vessel, a cranium light, dry shoes, bug spray, and a full water bottle. Sign up on Hash Rego is required if paying by card! Be smart, have fun.
