WHO: CVH3 (Chattahoochee Valley H3), Columbus, Georgia, invaded by WTH3 (Wiregrass Traveling H3) and PCH3IT (Panama City H3 Invasion Team/Panhandle Cossacks).

WHAT: A Tri-Kennel Tri-State Tri-Fuckta Backwoods Invasion Campout. Gimmees, beer, Hash Olympics, camping, beer, 3 trails, beer, dinner, and, well, BEER!

WHEN: April 28-30, 2017. Site opens at 3pm EST Friday for early cummers, and GTFO by 11am EST Sunday. (The final trail will be held off-site on Sunday after GTFO time)

WHERE: Uchee Creek Campground, located just across the Chattahoochee in Fort Mitchell, Alabama (7 Uchee Creek Rd., Fort Mitchell, AL 36856)

WHY (Did you not see the BEER part?!):
1. To promote physical fitness among our members.
2. To get rid of weekend hangovers.
3. To acquire a good thirst and to satisfy it in beer.
4. To persuade the older members that they are not as old as they feel.

DETAILS:
You must REGO and PAY by 23 April to guarantee your spot and your gimmees. Your $15 rego pays for 2 nights of camping in the tent area, dinner Saturday night, CVH3’s Saturday night trail/Pub Crawl, transportation to and from the Pub Crawl, event gimmees, and hashy shenanigans. We have reserved the entire tent camping area of the facility. We own that bitch for the weekend! (RV’s are welcome, but you must pay extra for an RV site)

The WTH3 trail will be posted as a separate event with a $5 hash cash paid at the trail. The PCH3IT hangover trail will be posted as a separate event with a $5 beer only/$10 beer, Mimosas, and Bloody Marys hash cash paid at the trail.

You do not have to attend the other trails. You do not have to rego for the other trails. You can show up to any trail, to include the Pub Crawl, and just pay for that trail. We all like flexibility in our hashers, I mean hashing.

It will be put on this event as well as plastered all over our FaceBook pages Friday morning. The site includes indoor bathrooms and showers.

TIMES AND PLACES:
Friday 28 Apr 17: 3pm the site will be open for early occupation for anyone that wants to camp both nights.
MGH4 (Middle Georgia H4) will host Hash Olympics that evening starting at 9pm. More details will be given later.

Saturday 29 Apr 17: 1-5pm ish WTH3 trail. Circle will be near the camping site.
Dinner that comes with your paid rego will be immediately following the trail.
8pm-Midnight CVH3 trail/crawl. Transportation will be provided to and from the trail. Circle will be in Columbus, GA (location TBD). WEAR YOUR FINEST KILTS AND HAPPIS. During the Crawl you are encouraged to chat up the muggles, show them this crazy thing we all love, and invite them to the Cossacks trail the following day.

Sunday 30 Apr 17: 9am reveille will sound. GTFO of the campsite by 11am. Noon Cossacks hangover trail. Circle will be in Columbus, GA (location TBD).

In order to keep costs low, the CVH3 crawl will be pay as you go in the bars (we are currently working on some specials), however, beer and shot stops provided in between the bars.

BRING: Hab to sell from your kennel, camping stuff, stuff to eat with (plate, bowl, fork, spoon, your fingers), extra beer for Friday night if you are cumming early, a vessel, some extra clothes, virgins, a towel, virgins for your virgin, a chair, aspirin, neckgear, a whistle, a piece of chalk, something for breakfast, toilet paper, personal patches, ointment, and a thirst for fun.
