Before you read about the fun stuff and give us your money, we need you to put on your Adulting H3 hat and read some semi-important information below! All times are in Trash Time.
REGO NOT OPEN TO GENERAL HASH COMMUNITY UNTIL MONDAY, 10/6/25 @ 7pm EST.
REGO PERIOD FOR BIBBED TRASHERS ONLY: Friday, 10/3/25 @ 6pm EST THRU Sunday, 10/5/25 7pm EST.
**Now some of you people might be thinking, fuck a Bib, I’ll Rego anyway! Well, we've got some great news for you! UNINVITED REGO/PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ANY MONEY PAID AND YOU WILL BE PLACED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WAITLIST. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU NOT READING THIS CLEAR, ALL CAPS STATEMENT!!!
YOUR REGO IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL IT IS PAID!
No Rego transfers! If you need to cancel, email MM at ropesnchokes@gmail.com and then your spot will go to the next person on the waitlist. If you are picked up from the wait list, you will have 48 hours to pay or you lose your spot!
Now here are some important dates to keep in mind:
-Monday, October 20th–Rego will go up to $99
-Friday, October 31st--LAST DAY TO REGO FOR A GUARANTEED GIMME!!!!
-Saturday, November 1st–Rego will go up to $109
-Wednesday, November 19th–The last day for refunds! After this date you will need to hope for a waitlister to take your spot. If there isn't a waitlist at that time, then you will need to find your own replacement that is approved by the current MM. It will also be the hashers’ responsibility to figure out payment between themselves, and the replacement hasher will have to take the gimmies from your Rego.
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT TIME WITH HASH RESOURCES:
-CONSENT, CONSENT, CONSENT. If this becomes an issue you will be asked to leave the event and there could be additional recourse as well.
-Pace yourself. You paid for the food and water, maybe take a break from liquor and beer every once in awhile...or you may end up finding out why they call the hospital here Cape Fear.
-Let MM know if you need anything during the event. We are here to help ensure you have the best time during Prom.
TRASH THE FUCK UP!
Rego gets you plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, Fri Dinner, Sat Lunch/Dinner, and Sun morning snacks before you GTFO. Rego also includes some gimmies to remind you of the bad decisions you’ll make in Fayettenam!
Additional details regarding the hotel info, schedule of events, MM voting, etc. will be posted in the 2025 Trash Prom Facebook Group and emailed through Hash Rego.
