Once again we are planning North Carolina's hottest, moistest, most exclusive campout for Cape Fear hashers and those who regularly hash with us. Everyone who signs up will go the waitlist for MisMan approval. As always, space is limited. Payment for those cumming is due no later than Friday, July 2@ 06:00pm.

What you get:

Private island located in the scenic Cape Fear River for you and your hashy friends. This island has everything; shenanigans, insects, fire, cool give-aways, drinking water, meals on Saturday, container ship waves, breakfast Sunday, torrential downpours, a toilet bucket, PHOTOOOOOOOO, free parking at River Road Park, and 2am Shrimp. Cape Fear will be supplying beer, but since you are all lushes be sure to bring your own beverages as well!

How to get there:

Paddle your own kayak, canoe or raft with all your gear. Or rent a kayak from somewhere else local for you and your gear. Or beg a local hasher with extra kayaks to loan you one. Or bribe a local fisherman to take you over. Or figure out something else for you and your gear; but definitely not an inflatable pool toy. Seriously, we tried that once and it did NOT go well. MisManagement will have a boat take equipment over to the island, but MisManagement wants to get drunk, too – so paddle your own a$$ over to the island! (Seriously – it’s not a hard paddle. Put your crap in a drybag to keep it safe and paddle yourself over to the island. Great exercise, you’ll be out in the sun, dolphins will be swimming along with you, etc.)

Stuff to Bring:
A kayak, canoe, SUP, jonboat, raft, jetski, hovercraft, or some way of getting yourself and your stuff over to Keg Island; extra beverages of choice (beer, wine, booze); snack food; tent, hammock, or something to sleep on or in; bug spray; sun screen; swim suit; cigarettes, condoms, or other survival supplies you need. If you're bringing more clothes than fit into a gallon-size ziplock bag you're bringing too many clothes!
