And when the flames burn low, the brave (or foolish) wander off into the dark for the Shooting Star Horror Tent Crawl.
Saturday rises slow, saved by Daddy’s Doughnuts, coffee, and the farm hosts reminding everyone that even hungover animals need breakfast. By late morning, the pack is reborn for Daytona Beach Bash #23—comfort bikes for the turkeys, shiggy for the eagles, and cold beer waiting at the end. A siesta resets the soul before the night’s real chaos: costumes, DeLand, and the Rocky Horror Pub Crawl rolling straight into circle, hot vittles, and the midnight Athens Theatre ritual.
Sunday brings the survivors together for a country brunch and Bloody Marys, one last circle, and a final On‑Away before the woods fall quiet again.

We are staying hosted on a private wildlife farm owned by fellow hashers. This is a laid‑back, BYOB weekend built around trails, bonfires, and the kind of spooky nighttime nonsense only hashers can produce

The property has 3 Airbnb rental units and one 50‑amp RV hookup available for the weekend — all of these must be booked directly through Nookie Knacks. Beyond that, there’s plenty of open space for tents, dry campers, and RVs without hookups, so everyone has room to spread out and settle in.

Event costs are still being finalized, but they’ll be reasonable. Other than the trails and scheduled activities, this is a BYOB event, so stock your coolers and plan your potions accordingly.

Once you’re set up, the weekend rolls through night shiggy, bonfires, doughnuts, farm‑animal feeding, Daytona Beach Bash #23, a DeLand Rocky Horror pub crawl, midnight at the Athens Theatre, and a Sunday hangover brunch before we send everyone On‑Away.
