SATURDAY START LOCATION (find your own parking) - BE IN PLACE AT 10:00 AM. NO DRINKS IN THE PARADE ROUTE. BRING CUP. WHEN YOU GET TO THE PARADE AND REGO, YOU WILL BE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS hehehe 322 E. New Haven St. Melbourne, Florida 32935 - Labor Finders. Be careful where you park and many are tow away zones. Be smart. Be early. DONT FORGET YOUR CANDY
THE REGO IS NOT PREPAY, BUT A HEAD COUNT. PAY AT THE DOOR.
BVDH3 loves naughty behavior on the pub crawl. However, BEHAVIOR WILL BE MONITORED BY THE GOOD FOLKS OF MELBOURNE AND THEIR KIDS during the parade and we MUST adhere to the following rules: 1. No religious costumes at all, no way, no how, not even kidding. 2. NO THROWING of beads or candy. NONE, PERIOD. 3. NO FLOAT. If you do not walk, you are not in the parade and may show up later and join us for the pub crawl. Some of us have feet/leg issues or we are just lazy. We will post where to meet us for ya'll.
4. BRING 2 BAGS NON CHOCOLATE CANDY for the kiddies and a basket to have it/beads in that you can carry. Work smarter and not harder :) 5. MOST IMPORTANT. Hash behavior at a hash camp out is way different than downtown Melbourne. Please act accordingly. We are heavily monitored and are on probation to even be in the parade. Not to be rude, to be concise and to be very, very clear from Timmay's heart to yours - Be an ADULT during the parade and act accordingly. That is all we ask. And in return, we will show you boobies, make out with girls, and all those other things that keep ya cummin' back for more BVD. Your cup WILL runneth over my loves, trust me ;) xoxox
Friday - PAY AS YOU GO DAY $5 Hash Trail hosted by H3SC start time 7pm. See website for details closer to the date of the trail. Start will be at or near hotel.
9PM or AFTER hash - Florida Happy Hour Hash hosted by yours truly and Pryvette Snawball from Tampa 9pm at the Hasher bar known as Chumley's (within stumbling distance from hotel)
SATURDAY - March 18, 2017 Main Event - Downtown Melbourne Parade.
SERIOUS STUFF FIRST. $25 at the door. Everyone pays. No refunds. Complainers will be charged doubled and licked to death.
We are asking your help this year. NO FLOAT. NO BEAD throwing. NO BEER during parade but plenty before and after. Beer TAPs will be unbtapped during parade. We will walk, be silly, and pass out a few things and candy. We didn't order extras to keep costs down.
NO RELIGIOUSLY ASSOCIATED ATTIRE that could be misconstrued as ungodly. This is a specific request by the City of Melbourne and we will comply. This is a small town, kid friendly parade. After the parade do your thing hashers. Time and a place babies, honor the time and the place. Xoxox Timmay
Please bring a couple bags of non chocolate candy to give (not throw) to the kids on the parade route. Walk/trail will be approximately 2/3rd a mile. BVD will.provide pre -beer DISCRETION must take place. DRESS as silly as you wanna be, but remember, you will be in public with children present :)
SUNDAY - March 19, 2017 Either GTFO and go home or make your own plans. No bike hash. Nothing, get lost. go play in traffic.

They do not offer any special discounts or accomodations. They are not exactly the hasher friendly hotel, but they are the closest by far and you can stumble from the pub crawl onto the main street and get there quickly. It is not the best, but sure isn't the worst hotel known.
