Blue Dress Run 2025 – Run, Drink, Advocate!

Last year, we came together in a sea of blue, raised $7,250 for The Trevor Project, and proved that our community is louder and prouder than ever. With your support, we’re keeping the momentum going for another year of running, revelry, and resistance!

The Blue Dress Run isn’t just about having a great time (though we do that exceptionally well). It’s about taking a stand against bigotry, creating a space for LGBTQ+ inclusion, and showing our community that we will not be silenced. So, throw on your best blue dress, lace up your shoes, and join us for a weekend of hashing, camaraderie, and giving back.

Registration Includes:

• Entry to the Blue Dress Run in Holland, MI
• Exclusive event patch (new add-on patch for 2nd year attendees)
• Food at Friday Prelube at New Holland Brewing! (alcohol on your own)
• Saturday trail, snacks & beverages, dinner & drinks
• A weekend of hashing shenanigans
• Supporting an incredible cause

How Much Goes To Charity

• $80 Rego: $14.10 (20%)
• $95 Rego: $24.10 (25%)
• $110 Rego: $44.10 (40%)
• $130 Rego: $64.10 (49%)

Payments

• Payments must be timely and made to the Midwest H3 PayPal: MidwestH3@gmail.com
• Rego price is determined by when you pay, not when you sign up
• If you send less than the current price, you will be required to pay the additional cost or risk not being allowed to attend and forfeiture of any monies already sent
• Please communicate extenuating circumstances, as we are willing to work with you cause life is hard
• Refunds/Transfers: No refunds will be given and all transfers must be approved by event Mismanagement before they are finalized. Again, we're willing to work with you, but this is a charity event and we want to ensure safety. Please just communicate with us.
• All payments must be received by 11:59 PM on Friday, October 24th, 2025. All unpaid regos will be removed & individuals will not be permitted at the event.

Rules & Expectations

To ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience, please adhere to the following rules:

• No Glitter – It gets everywhere, and we love our venues too much to leave a mess.
• No Weapons – Leave the battle to advocacy, not props.
• No One Under 21 – This includes babies. Seriously, don’t try it. You will be asked to leave and not permitted at future events.
• No Dogs or Other Animals – We love them, but this isn’t the right event. Service animals will be allowed per ADA standards. Please contact us directly.
• No Nudity – Keep it fun, keep it weird, but keep it legal. If you violate this, you will be required to leave immediately.
• Code of Conduct – You are expected to follow Midwest H3's Code of Conduct which can be viewed on our website and will be provided at event check-in.

Why We Run

The Blue Dress Run is more than just a pub crawl. It’s a chance to push back against hate, celebrate our LGBTQ+ friends and allies, and support organizations making a real impact. This year’s proceeds will again go to The Trevor Project, helping provide crisis support and suicide prevention services for LGBTQ+ youth.
