--|-|-|-> PAYMENT TIMING: We must receive your payment WITHIN 3 DAYS of your rego. Otherwise, your rego will be deleted and you will need to re-register (possibly at a higher price). NO exceptions. Also, NO last-minute entries will be taken. All registration closes at midnight on 3/15/24, NO exceptions.
--|-|-|-> REFUNDS: There will be no individual refunds... if you cannot attend, your only solution is to find another hasher to buy your rego. But if BH4 must cancel the entire event due to any unknown circumstances, we will refund your money, minus any expenses which BH4 incurred and were unable to recoup. If giveaways are already ordered at time of cancelation, we will get those to you.

All items are subject to change depending on Mismanagement's level of drunkenness combined with their decision making.
Location Details
Starting at 3:30pm, pick up giveaways in the BH4 Hashpitality Suite at Forest Park Hotel (it will be marked)

Schedule of Events
3:30-5:30pm – Forest Park Hotel: Check in at the BH4 Hashpitality Suite (it will be marked). You can check into the hotel starting at 3:00pm.
5:30pm - GLAZIERS HALL will open and beer will be flowing. Bring a vessel!
6:00-8:00pm - Trail: Circle up in Glaziers parking lot. Hares: TDFMH3 - Roll the Dice to determine the hares! Don't worry if you're not familiar with the area, we will make sure to have at least 1 local hare!
If you cannot make trail, you can stay at Glaziers Hall.
8:00pm(ish) - Dinner at Glaziers Hall.
8:00pm-10:30pm – Karaoke at Glaziers Hall.
We MUST vacate Glaziers Hall by 10:30pm
10:30pm-?? - On After AFTER:** Hashpitality Suite at Forest Park Hotel with DJ Strapon
8:00-10:00am - Light Breakfast in the BH4 Hashpitality Suite: bloody marys, mimosas and some munchies!
10:30-10:45am: Gather at Glazier's parking lot!
10:45-11am: ALL ABOARD THE BUS!!
Buses leave at 11am so BE READY! If you miss the bus, that's your own fault.
11:30am - MAIN EVENT TRAIL:
Many trail options w/multiple BSs, light lunch & snacks.
Hares: Disco Ass, Roadkill, Free Mustache Rides, Betty Cocker, JizzYouIt Priest
5:30pm (ish) - Trail ends. Return to hotel. Clean up, have sex in your room, and/or take a nap.
6:00pm - Glaziers Hall reopens.
6:30pm – Dinner at Glaziers Hall
7:15(ish) - Circle up inside Glaziers Hall
8:00-10:30pm - Dance party with DJ QuarterPoundMe in Glaziers Hall
We MUST vacate Glaziers Hall by 10:30pm
10:30pm-?? - On After AFTER:** Hashpitality Suite at Forest Park Hotel with DJ Strapon
8:00-10:00am - Light Breakfast - same as Saturday breakfast.
Must check out of Hotel by 11:00am
11:00am - Hangover Hash - Hare: St. Louis Hash House Harriers
Circle location: Forest Park Hotel parking lot. Plan a couple hours for this.
