We are only accepting regos from hashers who are FULLY VACCINATED (which includes the booster). After you have filled in this rego and paid, please send proof of your vaccine and booster to gm@big-hump.com.
PAYMENT: after you complete this rego, exit HashRego, go to PayPal and send your money to gm@big-hump.com -- USE THE FRIENDS/FAMILY OPTION !!
--|-|-|-> PAYMENT TIMING: We must receive your payment WITHIN 3 DAYS of your rego. Otherwise, your rego will be deleted and you will need to re-register (possibly at a higher price). no exceptions. Also, NO last-minute entries will be taken. All registration closes at midnight on 3/18/22, no exceptions.
--|-|-|-> REFUNDS: There will be no individual refunds... if you cannot attend, your only solution is to find another hasher to buy your rego. But if BH4 must cancel the entire event due to Covid or any other unknown circumstances, we will refund your money, minus any expenses which BH4 incurred and were unable to recoup. If giveaways are already ordered at time of cancelation, we will get those to you.

We have a block of 35 rooms. They can give us more if available or up to/until 3/1/2022, whichever cums first. So don’t wait! Our rate is $109 for one king bed + pullout sofa or $119 for two queen beds. No discount code is required but you must use the link.

3:30-5:30pm - Forest Park Hotel: check in at the BH4 Hashpitality Suite (it will be marked). You can check into the hotel starting at 4:00pm.
5:30pm - GLAZIER’S HALL will open and beer will be flowing. Bring a vessel! There will be some good beer to share!
6:00-8:00pm - A "Normal" Trail: Hares: Ice Princess & Dos Hixxies. Circle up in Glazier's parking lot. If you cannot make trail, you can stay at Glazier’s Hall.
8:00pm(ish) - Dinner at Glazier’s Hall.
8:30pm-10:30pm - Karaoke at Glazier’s Hall.
We MUST vacate Glazier's Hall by 10:30pm
10:30pm-3:00am - On After AFTER: Nick’s Pub (short walk or Lyft from Glazier’s), you must tell them you’re part of Green Dress Run to get in free.

8:00-10:30pm - Live Music by Knife Hand & Dancing! Or live music & judging dancing.. it’s up to you.
MUST vacate by 10:30pm
