Schedule of Events
3:00-6:00 - DRURY INN: Check in at MEETING ROOM 109, just off the lobby. Grab your giveaway and buy some haberdashery, but unfortunately this is not a true hashpitality suite, so you can’t drink here. But... BH4 has a hotel suite full of beer! Find us.
6:00 - Trail Starts: Hares: Greg LooseAnus & Betty Cocker. A to B trail from hotel. If you cannot do trail, just go to the On After. You can walk or Lyft/Uber from the hotel.
7:30pm-1:00am - On After: Spot Sports Bar, 8816 St. Louis Charles Rock Rd, 63114. BEER & FOOD provided. If you want drinks other than beer, the cost difference is on your tab.
Free Uber rides back to hotel - no drinking & driving allowed! - You can stay at the On After as late as you want. Uber code: e8jcbc4 PLEASE RIDE-SHARE to save us money!
7:00-10:00 - Breakfast: Drury has free breakfast for their guests.
7:30-11:00 - Registration reopens & hab sold in Meeting Room 109
11:30 - MAIN TRAIL: Put on your green dress, & circle up near hotel. Hares: Stink Palm, Eye Swallow & Disco Ass. Light lunch & snacks provided on trail.
4:30-5:00 - Trail ends at Drury. Freshen up, do shots, etc.
5:30-6:30 - Shuttle to On After If you miss pick up, you must go on your own by walking or Uber/Lyft - do not drink & drive!
6:00 - On After Wild Acres Banquet Hall
6:30 - Dinner! - Big meal with lots of carbs.
7:30 - Circle up!!
9:00-11:30 - Dance your asses off!. Live music provided by Knife Hand
10:30-11:45 - Shuttle back to hotel - shuttles go back & forth during this time, so you can leave early or stay til the end. If you miss the pickups, you must Lyft/Uber or walk.
7:00am to 10:00am - Breakfast: Drury provides a free breakfast to their guests.
11:00am: must be checked out of your hotel room
11:30am - Hangover Hash Hares: Licks and Sticks & Splash Mount'em. Circle up: location TBD.
