A BFMH3 Hash Weekend
Cost: $100*
Get ready for 4 days that should scare your liver! We will give you tricks (Twinkle Juice is way more alcoholic than you think) and treats (various forms of alcohol) in a celebration of all things Philadelphia and Halloween. Your rego covers Thursday trail, Friday's scavenger hunt trail and afterparty (first 2 drinks/pizza snack covered), Saturday main event trail and afterparty with all-you-can-drink beer/seltzers, food, dancing, with a pay-your-own-way goodbye on Sunday. Hab is sold out, but there will be a consolation prize if you weren't one of the first 48 regos.

The crash space form officially closed on Oct 1. Still looking for space? Options now are extremely limited, but we might be able to help you out. Go ahead and fill out the form here, and we will see if we can make it work.

Early witch gets the worm: $80 until 10/1 11:59 PM
Spooky: $90 until 10/16 11:59 PM
Ahhhhhhhhh: $100 until the 10/23 11:59 PM (single-day pricing after that)
These are the payment deadlines, not the rego deadlines
A la carte pricing
If you can't make everything, here's your options:
Thursday only: $10 (our normal hash cash)
Friday only: $30
Saturday only: $69
Friday + Saturday only: move to Philly and come to Thursday's trail (or do the math and note that it's cheaper to just rego for the whole weekend).

We are proud of how low we have kept costs for this event, and think it'll be a great value for your money, but we recognize that the price tag may still be an imposition. The BFM has a fund available to support hashers who need it. Not sure if that's you? Thursday, October 24th
Anything But Clothes Trail: BFM Trail #1079
Join us for our regularly-scheduled BFM Thursday trail. The theme is Anything But Clothes (wear something other than clothes). There will be Twinkle Juice and a beer stop. Trail will be in the 3-5 mile range for runners, with a walkers option. Bring a headlamp, it's dark!
When: gather at 7 PM, chalk talk at 7:30 PM

Friday, October 25th
Scavenger Hunt and Rocky Horror Picture Show: Philly Full Moon
Trail will be a scavenger hunt, with an on-after DIY Rocky Horror Picture Show showing/hangout at Stir Lounge (got all the technical kinks out of our system last year). Come dressed as a Rocky Horror character. We will provide trail drinks, two drink tickets at Stir, and some pizza (think like a snack amount of pizza, not like a stuff-your-face amount of pizza). Bring a headlamp, it's dark!
When: Happy Hour starting at 5 PM, chalk talk 7 PM
Where: Cherry St. Tavern (129 N 22nd St, Philadelphia) start, Stir Lounge on-after

Saturday, October 26th
Fearadelphia Main Event
There will be 3 trail options (turkey, eagle, and walkers). We have a very special on-after with all-you-can-drink beer and hard seltzer (plus NA seltzers and water), catered dinner, and dancing. This is a space near and dear to old hashers, and we are excited to have the opportunity to return (so be nice to it). Tits of Steel will DJ!
Prelube Independence Beer Garden. Pay-your-own-way for food and drinks at prelube.
When: 2 PM prelube, 3 PM chalk talk
Where: Independence Beer Garden (prelube), on-after at the old Sugar Mom's space

Sunday, October 27th
Pharewell
Bring-your-own-food to Garage Passyunk, followed by trail (a bar crawl, but it's marked in chalk).
When: 12 PM/noon
Where: Garage Passyunk (1231 E Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147)
You can get bagels at Bart’s Bagels (12 minute walk), get a super touristy cheesesteak from Pat’s or Geno’s (across the street), or pick whatever your heart desires from anywhere and bring it to Garage, a bar with a BYOF policy. But wait, there’s more! There will also be a trail! Kind of. 60K9 will hare, AKA bring chalk to mark a walk back toward Center City via some other bars. If that sounds more like a bar crawl, that’s because it is.
