It's the biggest BFH3 event of the year (maybe for the kennel as this might be our 1000th hash!)...The 26th annual Red Dress Run weekend!!! This is a weekend-long event, with a Friday night memorial bash, the Saturday RDR main event, and a Sunday fat boy "trail" for good measure.
FRIDAY NIGHT:
In memory of Nuns Shall Pass, one of the greatest 'Fools our kennel has had the honor to claim, Friday night's trail will be the 3rd annual Memorial hash/bash combo.
Prelube/Red Dress exchange will be from 5-7pm at The Atlas Bar, with an A-to-A trail starting at Coventention Center parking lot (across from atlas) at 7pm. The bash and hash trails will be separate but will cum together for beer checks.
Suggested theme: nun habits, black dresses or tutus.
Bring cranial illumination so you can see trail, and a lawn chair for on-in.
SATURDAY:
The main event! The Blooming Fools RDR coincides with what has been referred to as the "Worlds Greatest College Weekend," the IU Little 500! Check out the movie "Breaking Away" to see what the fuss is all about. Bloomington locals may prefer to use the more accurate description of "world's drunkest college weekend," which should give you wanks some idea of what to expect. Approximately 40,000 people stream into Bloomington to party hard and maybe watch the bike races over the weekend.
Wear a red dress! Perhaps you like the full ballgown and heels or maybe something a little skimpy and risque. Whatever you choose to wear, make sure that it's RED and that it can be worn legally in public.
The A to A trail starts at 2pm will take us through the detritus of the week of partying that has already happened, as well as by house parties with hundreds of drunk 20-somethings in attendance. Dinner will be provided at the end of trail, with an On-After afterwards at the Crazy Horse (back room). Plus, there'll be awesome swag (seriously, it will be awesome), there'll be hotties in dresses, there'll be food, there'll be beer...join us!
SUNDAY:
For those who survive the previous two days of hashing, join us for a hangover fat boy trail at 11am. Mimosas and Bloody Mary's will be featured with a short trail to a brunch option (pay for your own food!).
