Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that camping, hiking, and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including physical injury, property damage, or severe weather. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge the BloomingFools H3 event organizers and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or lawsuits for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

Medical Treatment Authorization: You authorize event organizers to secure emergency medical care on your behalf if necessary. You agree to be solely responsible for all financial costs associated with such treatment.

Compliance with Rules: You agree to adhere to all safety regulations, guidelines, and instructions established by the event organizers.
