Join AVLH3 as we celebrate Mardi Gras in the mountains for the third year in a row!
Come out wearing your best Mardi Gras outfit or get a little wild to match the "Animalia" theme of this year's parade. The day starts with a short trail around downtown before we join the parade lineup at 3 p.m. to rep the kennel. This will be an A-> B trail but the parade route will take you back up to the Coxe/Hilliard intersection. Hashers are welcome to continue the festivities after the parade on their own as the Royal Procession makes its way to Bear's Smokehouse BBQ, Antidote Cocktail Lounge (Adults only), and finishes at Bank's Avenue (Adults only).

Your Rego gets you: typical trail libations, end-of-trail snacks and pizza, a festive gimme, beads to throw during the parade, and a place in the parade.
